The Lessons in Leadership & Civic Responsibility Seminar was designed to address core competencies in leadership and to address the desire for more students from the specialized student areas to be involved in leadership at the University and in the Community. The program is a voluntary program and has limited space. The students who join this nine-week program will receive a leadership book and course material free of charge . Students who complete the seminar will attend a celebration and receive a certificate. The Seminar is open to any WSU student, but students representing Nontraditional, Women, Multicultural, International, Disability, or Veteran students are highly encouraged to participate. _________________________________________________ October 30, 2009 - 11/03/2009 WSU Hispanic Area Council Emphasis Day:
