CONFIDENTIAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT FOR UNDERGRADUATE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADMISSIONS PURPOSES
Every international student must complete the confidential Financial Statement on the back side of this form. Students must show they have sufficient funds to comply with the regulations of the United States Bureau of Citizen and Immigration Services. This form must be submitted before we can issue an I-20 or IAP-66 form that enables you to apply for the student visa for entry into the U. S.
University tuition, fees, housing & meal plan payments are due at the beginning of each semester.
