 Academic Focus            

 My research and teaching emphasizes collaboration and supply chain strategy in today’s global market. Areas of
 focus include enablers and impediments to relational business models, trust-enabled buyer-supplier relationships,
 collaborative innovation, customer engagement, performance measurement, and global network design.
