The Goddard Investors Program at Weber State University is a partnership between the John B. Goddard School of Business & Economics and individuals and firms committed to excellence in business education. The program recognizes donors who make a significant gift - $1,000 or more – to the Goddard/Dean’s Fund during a single year, with membership renewable on an annual basis.
The Goddard Investors Program consists of donor recognition groups that represent different levels of giving to the Goddard/Dean’s Fund. The greater your investment the greater your impact on the scholarships, fellowships, student activities, programs, and innovative teaching and research projects we are able to offer.
John B. & Geraldine Goddard

Raised in Ogden, Utah, John B. Goddard returned from World War II to found Western Mortgage Loan Corporation, United Savings Bank and Western Real Estate Development. As his companies thrived throughout the 1970s John B. Goddard and Geraldine Goddard thrived in the community. For John B. Goddard "[f]uture economic growth in this area is dependent on business, and business is dependent on Weber State University[,]" and so, in 1998 John B. Goddard and his wife, Geraldine, established an endowment for Weber State University's School of Business & Economics. In honor of all that he has done the University, Weber State named the school after Mr. John B. Goddard. He and Geraldine are our first Goddard Investors.
