  • John B. Goddard Endowed Chair of Supply Chain Management
  • Taught at Michigan State University and was the Donald L. Staheli Professor of Global SCM at Brigham Young University before joining the faculty at the Goddard School of Business & Economics
  • Awarded for innovative, experiential curriculum development and named Outstanding Teacher of the Year in the Marriott School's Management Department
  • Published over 120 articles and six books, winning numerous best article awards (e.g. Harold Fearon Outstanding Article in the JSCM & Bernard LaLonde Outstanding Article in the JBL)
