MPMC Registration and Payments

How to Register:

1.  Print the Registration Form to Mail or Fax

2. Register Online and Pay with a check

3. Register and Pay by Credit Card (Registration information will be taken from credit card info; name, email, etc.)

Note: It is a little confusing when you register and pay by credit card.  On the first page click on "Conference Registration" link next to the $225 or $250 in the table.  There is a nav bar at the very top "Home | Register | Log In | My Cart | that you can ignore; the "Register" link at the top is to register for repeat purchases at the online store.  On the "Address" page there is a link on the right-hand side to "Register and Continue"  again this is for online store registration, so just click "Continue Unregistered" towards the bottom of the page.  Sorry for the confusion!  Any questions call (801-395-3520) or email mpmc@weber.edu.

 $225 Regular Registration
 $250 Late Registration (After Sept. 1, 2010)
