The IST program is based at Weber State University Davis, a modern, state-of-the-art campus. Our computer labs offer the following:
- State of the art computers with the latest software.
- Labs are upgraded yearly to keep up with changes in technology.
- Labs are equipped with 19" or 22" monitors, switches, servers, and removable hard drives.
- Labs also include an abundance of computers for testing codes, configurations, and different experimentations.
- Each lab has access to the Internet as well as access points for wireless connections.
- Each lab has a projector and screen for presentations and displays.
- Weber State has licensing agreements with Microsoft, so all labs are always loaded with the most recent releases of software.
- Because of the agreements with Microsoft, all IST students have free access to the software for personal use, to include operating systems, MS Server, SQL Server, MS Project, and Visio.
