General Education

Refer to Weber State University general requirements for AAS degrees. General education requirements can be fulfilled through coursework done at WSU, through WSU Online, independent study or at your local college or university. The following are required:

• English EN1010 (3)
• English EN2020 (3)
• Quantitative Literacy - Math (3) (recommended)
• Computer Literacy (demonstrate literacy) no credit
• Social Sciences Course (3)
• Humanities Course (3)
• Life Science (3) or Health Sciences (Biomed) LS1110 (4)

**If you do not take these two courses, you must take Zool 2100 and 2200 which are Human Anatomy and Physiology, plus an additional class to fulfill the Gen Ed Science requirement.
