As an applicant to any program in Radiologic Sciences, you will need to provide three references. Reference forms are included in the program applications, but you will need to make additional copies.

$25 non-refundable fee: Check or money order, NO CASH!

Official or Unofficial transcripts: Do not send transcripts to general University Admissions. Attach them to your Radiography application.
