Admission into the radiologic sciences program at WSU is selective. A limited number of students are accepted into the program each year. This enables WSU to provide the quality clinical experience and skill set that this growing field requires of practitioners.

Application Process
It is critical that all parts of the application process be completed and submitted. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Deadlines
The application deadline for fall semester is January 10.

Selection Process
Selection of students is based upon a point system. Students receive points based on their GPA, three recommendations (submitted with application) and possible interview. Students taking spring semester anatomy and physiology courses will be required to submit midterm grades.Students with the most earned points, adhering to the criteria, are accepted into the program. The number of students accepted is determined by the number of students our affiliated health care facilities are able to accommodate. Alternate students are selected in the case that a student decides not to enter the program.

Selection Notification
Students are notified of acceptance into the program by May 1. If you are selected, you will be assigned a clinical site by the department.
