MSRS Admissions

Admission Requirements

Admission to the Master of Science in Radiologic Sciences program requires a bachelor’s degree from a regionally-accredited institution or WSU-accepted equivalent, certification in an imaging profession, and health care experience.  The MSRS program is 4 semesters in length.

Application Materials

Applicants must fill-out a paper application and include the following information in one packet:

International Students
All international students and any candidate educated outside the United States must demonstrate proficiency in English and have their transcripts evaluated into the equivalent of American credits and letter grades.  Candidates from outside of the United States are required to establish proof of English-language competency unless they received a bachelor's degree from a United States college or university. 

International students must provide verification of current Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based), or an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) combined band score of 6.5.  Scores may not be older than two years.

Each applicant is accepted on an individual basis.  Criteria to be considered for acceptance include the following:

  •  Research Experience
