Dr. Jan Winniford serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs. She
came to Weber State in February 2006 from Texas A&M University,
where she held a number of professional positions over a 26-year
period, most recently as the Associate Vice President for Student
Affairs. Dr. Winniford completed her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at Texas A&M University, her master's degree in Student Affairs Administration and Counseling Psychology from The Ohio State University, and her bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
Her commitment to her community and her profession includes involvement in the United Way Board of Directors and NASPA (the National Association of Student Affairs Administrators).
