- Submissions should be submitted online to the Office of Undergraduate Research - this can be done by using the "Submit Online" link located on the right-hand side of this page
- Submissions are accepted at any time, however, the final submission deadline is Wednesday December 17, 2008
- Various faculty members are given 3 weeks to review the submissions
- Submissions are then reviewed by the ERGO editors
- Submissions that are chosen for publication will be returned to students on January 27 - February 10, 2009 in order for students to make changes and revisions
- Students will need to return their updated submissions to the Office of Undergraduate Research electronic format (again, using the "Submit Online" link) AND a hard copy (Library, RM 58) by Tuesday February 10, 2009.
