Submission Timeline

• Submissions should be submitted online to the Office of Undergraduate Research - Please email an electronic copy to our@weber.edu and bring in a hard copy to our office (Library Room 58) by the deadline.
  
• Submission Deadline - December 21, 2012.
  
• Various faculty members are given 3 weeks to review the submissions
  
• Deadline for faculty and peer review - January 18, 2013
• Submissions are then reviewed by the ERGO editors
  
• Return papers with Acceptance/Rejection - January 25, 2013
• Submissions that are chosen for publication will be returned to students in order for students to make changes and revisions
  
• Revisions due - February 1, 2013
• Layout - February 2-20, 2013
• Send to print - February 22 or 25, 2013
• Ergo: Volume 7 should be available in print for the Symposium, March 25, 2013.
