Abstracts must be written by the students, not the faculty mentors. Successful applicants will be notified and will be awarded travel funds pending acceptance of their abstract by NCUR. Use the form below to submit to the Office of Undergraduate Research. To facilitate this process both the OUR abstract format and the NCUR format are identical.
Students who are accepted MUST obtain a p-card for all travel purchases related to NCUR. A p-card application MUST be submitted after your abstract has been approved by NCUR (please see below for deadline application to NCUR) by the student and the faculty mentor.
Eligibility
All currently enrolled students are eligible to apply. Students must have worked with a WSU faculty or staff member who served as a mentor to the project. Undergraduate research projects that include teams of students within or across disciplines are encouraged to apply however due to limited funds only one member of a team can be supported through OUR.
