At the dawn of the new century, the default length of IT planning cycles at WSU continued to be approximately two years. After "Y2K" (as the year 2000 was called by those fearful of a major computer crisis) WSU's IT planning shifted to less exciting, but nonetheless critically important tasks.   The pages in this section of the IT Plan contain information generated from planning efforts that ended in the year 2002.
