Implemented a comprehensive student [recruitment] tracking system. (Evaluated options and selected and implemented the EMASS student recruiting system. Work continues on accomplishing more focused recruiting, systematic assessment, improved retention strategies, articulated programs, and an effective, accessible database of prospects.)
