The Weber State University Information Technology division is launching a program to develop and implement a division-wide culture of project and service management. The new methodology is based on best practices, tools, methods, and training in an effort to align IT projects, services and portfolios with university strategies.
The purpose of this web site is to provide the Project managers, project team members and project stakeholders a reference guide for managing projects. This site will constantly change and be updated in the future.
