Customer Service Philosophy

Our Service Objective:

Information Systems and Services will provide quality service to our customers and be recognized as one of the best customer service departments on campus. Our customers will see us as an organization that is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and reliable.  We will listen to, anticipate, recognize, and satisfy our customer's information needs. We will provide professional and courteous service.

To be recognized as one of the university’s best customer service departments, we must:

  • Listen to and understand our customers;
  • Make quality customer service a top priority;
  • Exhibit excellence in customer service through proactive communications, project management, understanding business processes, and building enduring customer partnerships;
  • Demonstrate our commitment to customers through respect, knowledge, responsiveness, and courtesy;
