Every professor or student submitting an IRB application for review must complete the IRB computer-based training course (CBT), and attach a copy of the training course certificate of completion to his/her IRB application.  This course will help familiarize you as an investigator with the ethical principles and guidelines of using human subjects in research.  You can access this computer-based training course from the the following link:
