Procedures for Administrative Issues 
 

If you choose to appeal the decision made by the Director of Housing & Residence Life you must submit an appeal in writing to the Housing Administrative Hearing Committee. All information you want known should be included in your letter of appeal, including statements from other individuals. 

You will be contacted in a reasonable amount of time as to the date and time of your appeal. Your rights and responsibilities at the appeal hearing can be found in the Student Policy and Procedures Manual, which you can find on line at http://documents.weber.edu/ppm/. Sections 6 – 22 through 6 – 33 address specific areas pertaining to a hearing. 

If you have any questions about the hearing you may contact the Housing & Residence Life Office for clarification. 
 

Administrative Hearing

Committee Membership (if applicable): Brett Perozzi (chair), Teri Wood-Slaughter, Hanalee Hawkins, Residence Hall Senator, and student familiar with residence life. 

Types of Petitions Considered: Evictions and housing contract issues. 

Petition Process: Submit electronic appeal to the Housing & Residence Life Appeals Committee.
