The Department of Academic Support Services and Programs now offers a GMAT Preparatory Course for students planning on continuing their education beyond undergraduate work
Course Description
This course is designed to help you do your best on the GMAT, now given via computer, and improve your chances of gaining admission to graduate schools of business. Each of the six question types on the exam is explained. Practice questions help you know what to expect. Plus, strategies are suggested to improve your performance. Practice is also provided for the new writing sample. Students will also have access to computers with GMAT software, enabling them to become familiar with the computer-based exam. In addition, techniques for increasing test-wiseness and reducing test anxiety are discussed.
Although no preparation course can guarantee a high score, this course will give you the opportunity to improve your verbal, quantitative, and analytical skills, and build your confidence to enable you to perform at your best. A full-scale practice test will also be given; details to be announced.
Cost Including Materials
