You can meet the Computer & Information Literacy requirement by successfully completing the competency exams with a “C” or better, the equivalent courses with a “C-” or better, or a combination of both. Your options for meeting the requirements are outlined on the next panel.

credit/no credit exams:

  • Hours and sign-up times. You can also see hours and sign-up times in Building 2 on the door of room 209 and 211
  • Tests are administered on computers using the Internet
  • Register and pay for a half credit for each exam
  • You may retake the exam two times during the semester for which you are registered
  • Retakes cost $5 per exam (paid to the Cashier’s office, 2nd floor of the Student Service Center)
  • If you fail both retakes during the semester, you must register for the equivalent classes (see list) to fulfill the requirement. Failed exams will not receive credit (will not affect your GPA)
