Prospective FYE Students | |||||||||||||
While taught by instructors from departments across campus (click here to read instructor profiles), most sections also have an experienced student who serves as a peer mentor and all-around resource for FYE. Peer mentors enrich FYE classes by presenting on topics of interest, answering questions, and keeping you up-to-date on campus events and activities. FYE staff are also available to answer questions and offer support during regular campus hours. You may enroll in Introduction to the University in two ways: 1) as part of an FYE cluster or 2) by itself, in a “stand-alone” section. See Course Offerings to see which clusters and stand-alone sections are currently being offered.
FYE is part of the Student Success Center (formerly the Academic Advisement Center). A comprehensive assessment of FYE is reported annually. |
