Peer Mentor Final Evaluation

 

Please assess the performance of the peer mentor in your Education 1105 course. This feedback will help determine the mentor's course grade in FYE Mentor Leadership Seminar (Education 3170). The grade for EDUC 3170 is an average of the grade you issue and the grade earned in the seminar.

Please note that the mentor’s ability to continue in the program is based on the grade received in EDUC 3170. If the student is truly an asset to the class, then rank him or her with a “B” or above. If the mentor is not a good example to the freshmen, then use good judgment and grade accordingly. (A student must receive a “B” or above in EDUC 3170 to remain in the program.)
