If you are hired to teach and you accept the position, you are agreeing to these terms:
| ____ | Submit a syllabus (based on the template provided by FYE) two weeks prior to the opening of the semester. |
| ____ | If teaching as part of a cluster, meet with cluster faculty before the second week of the course. |
| ____ | If you have a peer mentor, provide the mentor with significant, engaging, educational experiences. |
| ____ | Attend at least two FYE Instructor Meetings during the semester |
| ____ | Abide by FYE copying restrictions that include payment for a maximum of 700 copies costing up to 5 cents a copy. Inform the WSU Copy Center that your copies are for your FYE course or, if you use a different source, provide FYE with a receipt for reimbursement. |
| ____ | To FYE submit a completed Scantron assessment form you will receive at the end of the semester |
| ____ | If you foresee being absent, notify Jill Grob or Ashley Owens as soon as possible so one of them can secure a qualified FYE substitute. (More than 2 absences are considered excessive.) |
