The Department of Student Activities supports the Academic Mission of Weber State University and is dedicated to the personal growth and development of all students. Student Activities provides social, cultural, recreational and educational programs to expand and enrich University experiences. These activities are open to employees and the community. The following programs are offered:
- Open Hour: Convocations, Issues Forum, Senate Activities and That's Entertainment. Open Hour events take place Fall -Spring semesters on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. See campus calendar for locations.
- Family Programs: Children's Christmas party, Easter egg hunt, family theaters, and matinees.
- Midday: Seasonal, spontaneous, low cost and recreational activities.
- Off-Broadway: Variety of entertainment dealing with many aspects of the performing arts.
