Annex 5, Ext. 6533
For a nominal fee, employees may purchase a parking permits for lots near their offices. Permits are sold at Campus Security, Annex 5, University Police, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Permits may be purchased for a semester, for a year, or as a non-expiring permit. "Reserved" parking stalls are also available at a higher rate. (Payroll deduction is available for permit purchase.)
To purchase parking permits, employees must bring to Campus Security an Emissions Compliance Certificate for vehicles not registered in Weber, Davis, Salt Lake or Utah counties and their Vehicle Registration.
Parking regulations are enforced year-round. Tickets issued by Campus Security may be appealed by contacting the University Appeals Office, M - F 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., in person or by phone, ext. 6533.
Free parking is available at the Dee Events Center. A shuttle bus service is available from the Center to several stops throughout campus. For a list of the bus stops, contact the Travel Coordinator in the Purchasing Department. The shuttle service runs every five to ten minutes from 7 am to 2 pm and every twenty minutes from 2 pm to 5:30 pm.
