A campus newsletter is published by the Department of Government and Public Relations and distributed to faculty and staff at the university. The newsletter provides information about university issues and recognition to faculty and staff who have received awards and commendations, have been presenters at special conferences and have had material published.

Weber State University has its own student newspaper, THE SIGNPOST, Ext. 7974, published three times weekly during Fall and Spring semesters and once per week during Summer semester. The newspaper is operated by WSU students. Advertising, editorials, letters to the Editor, etc. may be contributed by contacting the Signpost office.
