Employees who are members of Military Reserve Units or the Utah National Guard and who are required to attend annual training sessions are granted a minimum of fifteen (15) calendar days leave each year while on such training duty. An official copy of military orders must be submitted to the Human Resource Office. If you wish to take advantage of military leave, you must notify your supervisor in advance of active duty to permit proper scheduling of the work load. Military leave is granted in addition to annual vacation. (PPM 3-22)
