Weber State University in cooperation with Public Employees Health Program (PEHP), which provides employees a plan to shelter certain health and child care expenses from taxation. The plan allows salaried employees to set aside pre-tax dollars into a “ Health Care Account” for medical, dental and vision expenses, over-the-counter prescription expenses, and child/elder care. You may sign up for this option when you are first hired or during "open enrollment" usually the month of May.
