In keeping with the mandates of the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1989 it is the university’s duty to inform students and employees of the standards and policies, legal and institutional sanctions, potential health risks, and resources available for counseling and rehabilitation. The brochure, "Drug & Alcohol Awareness and Public Safety Information" is located in your pre-employment packet and is required reading for all faculty, staff and students.
