You may arrange to have your salary paid into one or more financial institutions of your choice. Salaried employees are paid twice each month, on or before the 3rd and 18th. A pay check stub will be mailed to you on the same day your pay is deposited. Your pay stub indicates gross and net earnings, taxes and deductions . Pay stubs for Professional and Classified Staff include the accrual and balance of vacation and sick leave. If any changes occur in your name, address, marital status or dependents, you must come to the Payroll Department and the Human Resource Department to make those changes. Faculty salaried appointments are normally paid in twenty-four equal installments.
