Board of Trustees (BOT)
There are ten voting members of the BOT; eight are appointed by the Governor, the ninth and tenth are the ASWSU President and WSU Alumni Association President, respectively. The BOT advises the WSU President, and is involved with such issues as budget, programs, personnel issues, and university planning.
