What are the goals of Occupational Safety?

The goal of the occupational safety program at Weber State is to:

• Promote a safe work environment that is free from unnecessary hazards
• Decrease the potential for accidents and injuries, by providing services which include training, accident investigation, and workplace evaluations
• Comply with applicable state, federal, and local regulations
