Office Assistant - Heather Couturier | |||
|
Heather Couturier is the Environmental Health & Safety Office Specialist at Weber State University. She began working with EH&S in October 2004, and enjoys working with the campus community. Heather assists the EH&S team, providing office support and overseeing the Defensive Driving Certifications for Weber State University. Heather completed several programs of study at the Ogden-Weber Applied Technology center, including Novel Networking, PC Specialist, and Multimedia Design Programs. She has been working as an administrative professional for over seven years, in both government and independent organizations. Heather is an Ogden native, and lives there today with her husband and two daughters. Her interests include camping, fishing, hiking, traveling, bird watching, and watching Tim Burton films. Heather is a member of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, a Board Member of the NAMI Ogden/Weber Affiliate, and a teacher for the Family-to-Family courses taught in Weber County. She advocates for education and support for people whose lives are affected by mental illness - be they a consumer of mental health services or a family member or friend of a consumer. |
