| If your injury is serious or it is a bloodborne pathogen exposure | |
| AND it occurs in the Ogden area: | And it occurs outside the Ogden area: |
| Go To McKay-Dee Hospital Emergency Room, 4401 Harrison Blvd. | Go To an appropriate 24 Hour Emergency Care Provider outside the Ogden area. |
| If your injury is not serious and it occurs between 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. | |

| If your injury is not serious AND it occurs when the clinic is closed, | |
