Accident Reporting: Step 1 Obtain Medical Attention
Workers Compensation Insurance
How to obtain medical attention for a work-related injury
If your injury is serious or it is a bloodborne pathogen exposure
AND it occurs in the Ogden area:
And it occurs outside the Ogden area:
Go To McKay-Dee Hospital Emergency Room, 4401 Harrison Blvd.
Go To an appropriate
24 Hour Emergency Care Provider
outside the Ogden area.
If your injury is not serious and it occurs between 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
AND it occurs in the Ogden area:
And it occurs outside the Ogden area:
GO TO WorkMed-Ogden, 1355 W. Hinkley Drive

Go To an appropriate
WorkMed clinic
If your injury is not serious AND it occurs when the clinic is closed,
AND it occurs in the Ogden area:
And it occurs outside the Ogden area:
Go To McKay-Dee Hospital
Go To an appropriate
WorkMed Clinic
Tell the doctor:
Your injury is work-related.
Your normal duties which may interfere with healing.
