Helping under-represented students realize that higher education is within reachPre-college access and outreach programs that include K-16 partnerships and encourage under-represented students who are traditionally non-college bound to pursue and successfully complete a post-secondary education that meets the mutual needs of the university, public school system and community.
Announcements
  • Multicultural Youth Conference has been postponed until October 30, 2013. 
  • 2013 Dreams of Jobs & Freedom Scholarship is offering fifty $5,000 scholarships to high school graduating seniors. This is a one-time scholarship that will go towards students academic year beginning in the fall 2013 through summer 2014. To view eligibility status or learn more about the scholarship, visit the AFL-CIO website. Deadline to submit application is July 1.
  • Ogden GEAR UP and State GEAR UP are seeking tutors for the Ogden, Davis, and Weber school district. Tutor job posting (Requisition Number 07983).
