You must apply for admission to the Dental Hygiene Bachelor of Science program, be accepted and complete a contract with the Dental Hygiene Department Chair to enroll in this degree option, along with completing the following prerequisites:
- Successful completion of an associate's degree in dental hygiene from an accredited dental hygiene program
- National Board Examination and a regional or state practical exam
- Maintenance of a current dental hygiene license.
