Handles sensitive information; supervises scheduling of appointments; oversees the maintenance of files and records; produces and completes documents, data, etc.; involved with plans for retreats and traveling; interacts with and provides appropriate information to students and public; supervises and assigns work to office aids; and controls ed-pass and Wildcat ID cards issued to students, faculty and staff.
