3 Great Ways to Introduce your Business

1. Standard Vendor Booth

Showcase your business to students throughout the year by renting a vendor table. Available in a variety of locations, the most popular spots are the Shepherd Union Building Main Lounge, Stewart Plaza at the Bell Tower, and WSU Bookstore entrance.

Vendor booths are available from 8 AM to 10 PM and are $100 for an 8' table.

2. Waldopalooza Vendor Booth

Be a sponsor of the Waldopalooza during Welcome Week on the first Wednesday of the semester. As a sponsor of Waldopalooza you will receive a booth at the Stewart Plaza/Bell Tower or in the Union Atrium during the busiest day of the year. Waldopalooza features live local bands from 9 AM to 2 PM - a great draw for students. Booths may be set from 8 AM to 5 PM.

The cost of Waldopalooza is $125 for an 8’ table. Reservations will be taken up until the day before the event.

3. Wildcat Block Party Vendor Booth

Join the Annual Wildcat Block Party. This party takes place the first Friday of the school year and features academic departments, clubs and organizations, and local businesses in a festive carnival atmosphere. The Block Party is a huge community event and a chance to reach an even large audience of several thousand people.

The Block Party runs from 9 AM to 3 PM for booths with entertainment throughout and following the event. Block Party booth rate will be $50 for an 8’ table or FREE with paid booking of Fall and Spring Waldopalooza Tour booths.
