A vendor booth consists of an 8' x 2.5' table and two chairs.
Table signage should not extend beyond the table and cannot be attached to walls, stairs, windows, or railings. Audio/visual systems are allowed with volume set at a non-intrusive level.
Gifts offered must be free and not conditional upon completion of application/purchase.
Vendors must not disturb the free flow of traffic. Vendors may not relocate.
Payment must be made in full before event date. Payment can be made online by clicking on the "Conference Services" tab at this site: http://wildcard.weber.edu/marketplace
Credit Card applications may NOT be filled out/completed on the WSU premises.
Food may be offered in pre-packages (ingredients listed), sample size portions. Samples must be free of charge. Meal sized portions must be ordered through WSU Dining Services or a Food Exemption Form completed.
Merchandise for sale must adhere to local tax codes. A Merchandise Exemption Form must be completed and approved by the Bookstore Director for any merchandise that is also available at the WSU Bookstore.
Parking is available at the visitor pay lot for a rate of $1.50 for the first hour, $1.00 per additional hour payable at the Pay Parking Toll Booth, or vendor may purchase a "day permit" for a $2.00 per day or $8.00 per week at the Information Building located on the west side of campus. Maps are available online at weber.edu/weberstatemap. You are responsible for any tickets incurred from improper parking. Do NOT drive on the sidewalk - you will be ticketed.
A loading dock is located on the west side of the Union building. Unattended vehicles will be towed. For assistance for large load-in please contact the SEC Office at 801-626-8732.
