The Shepherd Union provides terrific meeting space to the general public. With our beautiful ballrooms and a variety of meeting space we can accommodate just about every event. A brief overview is provided below or you can choose from the options on the left.

Location
The Shepherd Union is located in the heart of the Weber State campus just north-east of the reflecting pool at Lindquist Plaza at the center of the University.

Parking
Short-term parking is available directly in front of the Shepherd Union Building. Permits are required for all campus lots. Parking lots may be reserved for specific events for a fee.

Catering
All catering is contracted through WSU Dining Services. Event Coordinators can provide help to plan and organize all food and beverage functions.

Audio/Visual
LCD Screens are available in every meeting room. The Shepherd Union offers a variety of LCD projectors, DVD/VCR players, and visualizers. All these items can be secured at a reasonable cost. The entire Union is wireless.

Loading Dock/Freight Elevator
The Union has one loading dock on the west side of the building. A freight elevator is located adjacent to the loading dock.
