Book and Merchandise Exemption Form - For events requesting any of the following:
     Selling products that are also available in the Bookstore

Conference Card Form - For events requesting any of the following:
     Card for use at WSU Dining Facilities
     Card with Wildcat Cash for use at WSU Dining Facilities, Copy Center, and Bookstore

All forms must be filled out and returned to the
Scheduling, Events and Conferences office for approval.
