Lab Aides

The lab aides employed in the lab are all WSU students. They are here to provide students with general assistance and troubleshooting. They are familiar with word processing software such as Microsoft Suite and WordPerfect. They can help students with general questions on WSU online courses, WSU logins and resetting passwords. However, not all are familiar with class specific software such as SPSS, Photoshop, or Diet Analysis. Assistance with such programs would need to be obtained from your class instructor.
