Ready, Set Go! How to Use Supplemental Instruction to Support Your Community-Based Learning Faculty and Students |
This workshop presented three objectives of the Supplemental Instructor program at WSU. 1) deepen the learning experience of students in service-learning couses; 2) encourage faculty to utilize the pedagogy despite their heavy teaching load; and 3) assess the impact of community-based learning supplemental instructors on student learning and attitudes about civic engagement. |
