Had a record of 5-3 or better at every nationally competitive tournament attended. In elimination rounds at over 20 tournaments regional and national tournaments. 1997: Reached the quarterfinal round of the Cross Examination Debate Association National Tournament. Tied for 6th at the 53rd National Debate Tournament hosted at the University of Utah.
