Civic Advocacy

If you want to serve as an advocate in the interest of the public good, then the Civic Advocacy concentration is for you. You will benefit from this interdisciplinary concentration if you want to become an attorney, legislator, environmental advocate, animal rights advocate, religious leader, homeless advocate, politician, children’s advocate, minority and marginalized populations representative, lobbyist, etc.

You can choose one of the following emphases:

  • Environmental Advocacy
  • Ethnic Studies/ Ethnic Advocacy
  • Legal Advocacy
  • Public Policy Advocacy
  • Religious Advocacy
  • Women’s Advocacy.
