Nominate a staff member for a C'Sack' Award
Please fill out the following form to nominate an exceptional classified staff member. CSAC is looking for WSU classified staff members who have gone out of their way to help a student, another staff member or faculty member, or one who displays outstanding professionalism in her/his job.
Nominations can be made by professional, classified, and administrative staff or by faculty and students. The only criteria is that the nominee must be a classified staff member.
Each month a different member will be highlighted on the Awardee page. In addition to the web page highlight the Awardee will receive a certificate, a purple sack filled with goodies, and the recognition of his/her peers.
The CSAC committee will evaluate all entries and an outstanding Awardee will be highlighted on this CSAC web site each month. The CSAC Committee will send out a call for nominations every three-months. Your nominee information will be saved for three months. The committee will choose three people from the nominations that you provide to fill the three-month period. Thank you.
