You will  need to apply for graduation in the Graduation Office by the deadline for the semester in which you wish to graduate.  If you miss that deadline, you name will not appear in the Commencement booklet; however, you can still graduate and walk with your classmates. 

Approximate Application Deadlines:

• Early October for Fall Semester Graduates
• Early March for Spring Semester Graduates
• Early July for Summer Semester Graduates

To view the Graduation Application and specific deadlines you must have Adobe Acrobat or compatible program installed on your computer.

You need departmental major/minor clearance as well.  You must see Darcy Gregg, ED248, to get a Departmental Graduation Clearance form or download it from this site.  You will also need a Degree Evaluation obtained from your Student Portal in your Wildcat Account.  After your faculty advisor reviews your courses and signs the form, the department chair must sign the form.  Darcy will then input the clearance and you will pick up the completed form from the department to keep for your own records.
