Are you interested in a hands-on education?

Undergraduate students in the College of Applied Science & Technology can work directly with faculty on projects that involve research, scholarly and creative activities. Projects can be part of a regular course, or a student can design and implement a project, with faculty support and guidance.

Benefits of participating in undergraduate research include:

  • Increased marketability for graduate school and employment
  • Opportunity to apply learned theories to practical, real-life situations
  • Improved skills, including critical thinking and problem-solving.

Funding for projects is available through Weber State University’s Undergraduate Research Committee.
